Supervision
Clinical Supervision (Leicester and Online)
The supervision offered is anti-oppressive supervision based upon the Working Within Diversity model and practice of anti-oppressive counselling and therapy, and its anti-oppressive supervision model.
Supervision is available to trainee & qualified Counsellors and Psychotherapists and Supervisors.
Supervision can be accessed either face to face in Leicester or online via Zoom.
Individual Supervision
Available in-person in Leicester or online (Zoom).
Choice of fortnightly (1-hour) sessions or monthly (1.5 hour) sessions.
Supervision fees for individual supervision is £60 per hour (or £90 for 1.5 hours of monthly supervision).

Group Supervision
Available in-person in Leicester or online (Zoom).
For groups of 2 people, I offer 1.5-hour monthly sessions, at a fee of £60 per person per session.
For groups of 3-4 people, I offer 2-hour monthly sessions, at a fee of £80 per person per session.

Anti-Oppressive Group Supervision (block of 6 x 2-hour monthly sessions, for groups of up to 4 people).
Next Groups start January 2024.
Groups will run from January to June 2024.
There is a Monday Group (10am-12pm) and Wednesday Group (6pm-8pm).
Fee per person (block of 6 sessions) is £270.
Limited places of 4 people per group.

In this Anti-Oppressive Supervision, bring your clinical practice and clients to the group to understand:
- the anti-oppressive practice and model of Working Within Diversity and how to apply it to your counselling/therapy practice
- how to support your clients from the anti-oppressive position
- how you can work from an anti-oppressive position with your clients
- how power is present and played out in your therapeutic relationships and processes
- power relational dynamics in your therapeutic relationships
- how to work with power to offer an equal relationship between you and your clients
- the relationship between your identity and your clients' identity in relationship
- how you and your clients hold power and oppressive characteristics in your identity
- how identity and power influences our therapeutic relationships and how we can identify what is being played out in our practice.
* Please note that this group is in addition to your mandatory primary clinical supervision as required by your professional body.
This supervision group is a secondary supervision space.
The hours of this supervision group can be counted towards your monthly supervision hours additional to your mandatory 1.5 hours of monthly primary supervision hours.

Consultation (Supervision of Supervision)
Supervision is available to supervisors.
Available in-person or online (zoom).
Sessions are monthly.
For individual consultation, sessions are 1-hour monthly, at a fee of £60 per session.
For group consultation of 2 people, I offer a 1.5-hour monthly session, at a fee of £60 per person per session.
For group consultation of 3-4 people, I offer a 2-hour monthly session, at a fee of £80 per person per session.
